Economic Innovation
- Diversify our economy and create new, good paying jobs.
- Encourage business innovation by building upon the success of the Northern Arizona Center for Emerging Technologies.
- Retain and expand local businesses by connecting them to the resources that will help them grow.
Affordable Housing
- Create housing that is affordable for Flagstaff workers as part of the City’s Community Land Trust.
- Partner with community organizations to make the best use of all of Flagstaff’s housing resources.
- Make sure that Flagstaff has affordable housing of all types, from rental units to home ownership.
A Sustainable Community
- Protect valuable open spaces, clean air and a sustainable water supply.
- Make the City financially sustainable while maintaining service levels.
- Protect citizens from rapidly escalating energy costs by implementing renewable energy projects.
